Job brief

We are looking for a UX/UI design intern to join our team and assist in improving the user experience and interface design of our website and apps. You’ll work alongside senior designers to optimize user flows and design intuitive interfaces.

This is a performance-based paid internship for 4-6 months, with the potential for full-time employment.

Responsibilities

Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and improve designs.
Assist in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user interface designs.
Collaborate with product teams to enhance user experience.
Help design and improve product interfaces and user flows.
Assist with testing designs for usability and make adjustments based on feedback.

Requirements

Final year of bachelor or master degree in Graphic Design or related field.

Soft skills

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Passion for creating intuitive and enjoyable user experiences.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills.

Hard skills

Proficiency in design tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
Understanding of UX principles, wireframing, and prototyping.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI projects.

Desirables

Experience with user testing and conducting research.
Familiarity with Agile development processes.
